Today was the 1st of 3 days of learning at Retul University at their Denver location. I had read about the Retul 3D motion capture system over the years and thought it was pretty cool. Let me assure you, after today I know it is. Check out http://www.retul.com/ for the finer details.
Usually when I go to a fit school there are 12-25+ people there so you don't get the full attention that I feel you need. For these 3 days I am the only student here. There is no waiting for my turn or listening to somebody ask the same questions again and again. It's nice.
