Join us for the 2nd Annual Turkey Fondo!


Join us at Pro Cycle & Triathlon on Thanksgiving morning at 7am for our 2nd Annual Turkey Fondo.

The Turkey Fondo is a 34.5 mile bicycle ride starting and ending in Fairhope, AL at Pro Cycle & Triathlon.

There is no entry fee but please bring $5 or canned goods for the Bay Area Food Bank in lieu of entry fee.

Pace will vary. Cue sheet and support vehicle will be available.

We ask that if you haven't already signed the Pro Cycle & Triathlon ride waiver, please do so by going HERE.

Coffee to be served post ride.

Firing up Retul

This past week our Retul system arrived. Since its been over a year since we traveled to Denver, CO to get trained and certified you could imagine that we were excited. Within a few hours of delivery we were set up and fitting up clients.

Upgrading our fit studio

Our fit studio is getting upgraded. In the coming days we will announce why we are making these upgrades. Good things are always happening at Pro Cycle & Tri.

Retul University

This post was originally written in July 2011 but never published.

Today was the 1st of 3 days of learning at Retul University at their Denver location. I had read about the Retul 3D motion capture system over the years and thought it was pretty cool. Let me assure you, after today I know it is. Check out http://www.retul.com/ for the finer details. Usually when I go to a fit school there are 12-25+ people there so you don't get the full attention that I feel you need. For these 3 days I am the only student here. There is no waiting for my turn or listening to somebody ask the same questions again and again. It's nice.



Above is my fit. We fit the only test subject we had (me) and recorded my coordinates with the Zin digitizer measuring tool (see video below).
